From her studio in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Caryl provides a full design and make service to create bespoke contemporary and traditional stained glass installations for both private and public settings.

Using traditional methods and craftsmanship, Caryl’s installations are both functional and works of art. Her work is often abstract, inspired by nature and by the beauty of the glass itself.

Some finishes such as kiln-fired painted detail and sand-blasting are added when appropriate, but most of her work is with unembellished glass, exploiting the exquisite brilliance of the medium and its relationship with light.

Each unique panel is carefully designed to be sympathetic to its immediate environment and specific location.
